1. Definitions

3.3 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement and that you are not prohibited by any applicable law from using online gaming services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of osg88 complies with all laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable in your jurisdiction.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the osg88 Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts associated with a single User, we reserve the right to close all accounts, void all bets, and confiscate all balances without prior notice.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To use the Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must match your government-issued identification documents. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to immediately notify osg88 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. osg88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

osg88 is required to verify the identity of all users in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested for KYC verification, including but not limited to: valid government-issued photo identification (KTP or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), payment method verification (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot), and selfie verification holding your ID document.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restricted account functionality, including the inability to withdraw funds. All submitted documents are encrypted and stored securely in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

4.4 Account Responsibility

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts enjoy higher limits. Deposits made during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) are typically credited within 5-10 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours are processed within 24 hours.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered and verified in your name. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request will be processed. 5.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

Deposits not used for gaming and immediately withdrawn may be subject to administrative fees. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for large or suspicious transactions. Any suspected money laundering activity will be reported to relevant authorities and may result in account closure and fund forfeiture.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the osg88 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at our prevailing exchange rate, which may differ from official bank rates.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to verified users who have completed KYC procedures. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements (e.g., betting on red and black simultaneously in roulette), irregular betting patterns inconsistent with recreational play, and coordinated betting with other users.

6.4 Maximum Bet Limits

While an active bonus is in play, maximum bet limits may apply. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while clearing wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings. Maximum bet limits are clearly stated in each bonus's terms and conditions.

7. Betting Rules and Game Play

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by osg88. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except in cases of obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds display due to technical malfunction). In the event of a dispute, osg88's transaction log and database records shall be the final authority in determining bet outcomes.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting (including football, basketball, tennis, and all other sports), all bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time or the specified betting period, unless otherwise stated. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and overtime do not count unless explicitly included in the bet market. If a match is postponed or suspended, bets will be voided unless the match resumes and completes within 48 hours. For live in-play betting, we reserve the right to suspend betting or adjust odds at any time based on match events.

7.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) operate according to internationally recognized rules. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical results of cards dealt or wheels spun. 7.5 Disputes and Complaints

If you believe an error has occurred with a bet settlement or game outcome, you must notify osg88 customer support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Disputes reported after this period will not be considered. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the osg88 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fake, or invalid payment methods; providing false identity documents; impersonating another person; or engaging in any form of identity fraud.
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; using bots, automated software, or third-party tools to place bets; exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities; hacking or attempting to hack the Platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account on osg88; allowing others to use your account; or using accounts registered to other persons.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for money laundering or other criminal financial activities; depositing funds and immediately withdrawing without genuine gaming activity; structuring transactions to avoid detection.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or low-risk strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.
• Underage Gambling: Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age; allowing minors to access your account; or providing false age information.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other users; using offensive language in communications; making false accusations or complaints.
• Commercial Use: Using the Platform for any commercial, business, or professional purposes rather than personal entertainment; reselling accounts or betting services; or operating as an agent or representative for third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

While osg88 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or error-free. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, network failures, or circumstances beyond our control. osg88 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions or unavailability.

9.2 No Warranty

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. osg88 does not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, that they will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Services at your own risk.

9.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, osg88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Services, even if osg88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall osg88's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless osg88, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Services.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (subject to completion of any wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened. If you wish to use osg88 Services in the future, you must register a new account.

10.2 Suspension by osg88

osg88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform. Suspended or terminated accounts will not be able to access Services or withdraw funds until the issue is resolved. In cases of serious violations, funds may be forfeited entirely.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. Inactive accounts with balances may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower. To reactivate an inactive account, contact customer support.

10.4 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all rights granted to you under these Terms and Conditions will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming standards and best practices. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

You agree to accept osg88's ruling on all disputes related to bet settlements, game outcomes, bonus terms, and account issues. By using the Services, you waive any right to bring claims in court or participate in class action lawsuits related to the Platform.
